CapDecisif Management is an AMF (French stock market regulation authority) approved fund management company.
With €90 M currently being managed through four funds, including the SCR CapDecisif, the FCPR CapDecisif 2, the FRCP CapDecisif 3, G1J IdF and the FRCI, CapDecisif Management is dedicated to investment in early-stage venture capital in innovating companies with high potential, more particularly in the Ile-de-France area.

The FCPR CapDecisif 2 is supported by CDC Entreprises within the scope of the FSI-France Investissement programme and the Ile-de-France area. The FCPR CapDecisif 3 is supported by CDC Entreprises within the scope of the Fonds National d'Amorçage (National seed Fund) FNA and the Ile de France Region.

In December 2011, CapDecisif Management became a signatory to the United Nation's Principles for Responsible Investment (UN PRI). These Principles are a set of voluntary guidelines for investors wishing to incorporate environmental, social and corporate governance (ESG) issues into investment decision-making.
CapDecisif Management believes that ESG issues can positively impact the performance of investment portfolios. For that purpose, extra-financial issues are taken into account to evaluate a company.

Investment strategy
CapDecisif is looking for the best investment applications according to four main themes:
Early-stage venture capital: the company must be looking for its first institutional financing,
Innovation in high tech: the company operates within an innovating sector related to high tech, biotechnology, health and in a broader sense, life sciences, information and communication technology, software, engineering sciences and energy and the environment.
CapDecisif Management invests in companies developing an economic model with high potential for growth,
The Ile-de-France region: priority is given to companies located in the Ile-de-France area.
